摘　　要：采用文献计量学的方法对1996~2015年20年间我国地龙相关发明专利的申请数量、年份及内容进行统计,对其年限分布、内容种类分布、授权情况进行分析,揭示了20年间我国地龙相关发明专利知识产权的状况。The patents on inventions of Pheretima in our country had been analyzed on the number of inventions, time of inventions and researches content, based on the articles in the past 20 years from 1996 to 2015. The age, researches content and authorization situation were studied, showing the protect situation of Pheretima inventions in our country.
