摘  要:滑动油膜轴承参数与汽轮机转子的固有特性紧密相连。以某国产600MW汽轮机低压转子为研究对象,通过软件Solidworks建模与ANSYS Workbench模拟计算,发掘出轴承油膜参数对转子固有特性的影响规律,并获得了部分定量关系。其主要表现为:油膜刚度与阻尼的改变会影响转子部分阶次模态振型以及与之相对应的固有频率,但有许多类的振型以及与之相对应的固有频率不受轴承参数影响;该转子的扭振固有频率较高,正常状态下很难触发转子的扭转共振。Parameters of oil film slippery bearing are corresponding to the inherent characteristics of the turbine rotor. Thispaper is focused on a low-pressure turbine rotor of a domestic 600MW steam turbine unit, by using Solidworks building themodel and ANSYS Workbench calculating the results, the bearing oil film parameters on the intrinsic properties of the rotorwas found, and some quantitative relationship were obtained. The main performance is that the change of film- stiffness anddamping will effect part of modal shapes and natural frequency correspondingly, but lots of them are unaffected. Medalfrequencies of torsional vibrations of the rotor are high, and it is difficult to trigger torsional resonance with the rotor innormal state.
