摘  要:某电厂俄制500MW汽轮发电机组检修后启机出现工作转速下中压转子、低压转子等3根转子、多个测点轴振过大问题,通过分析实测振动数据,诊断3根转子工作转速下轴振过大原因为转子存在较大的二阶质量不平衡。采用轴系综合平衡法计算加重方案对2号机组进行现场高速动平衡,首先,对低压转子结构特点、以往加重影响系数进行分析对比,结果表明,两低压转子同时加重时,可以忽略相互的影响,各自单独计算其对关注测点的影响,以此为基础将动平衡计算关注测点进行了合理分组;然后,通过对校正质量的调整,使每组关注测点的残余振动都达到整体最优,得到了最优加重方案;最后,将全部加重都加到有关平面上,经过两次启机,即将所有测点轴振降低到优秀值水平。The shaft vibrations of sevral measuring points of IP rotor, LP1 rotor, and LP2 rotor for Russian 500MW turbo-generator set of one power plant have seriously exceed standard at rated speed after maintenance. By analysing vibrationmonitoring data, diagnosing the reason for excessive vibration are there are serious second order imbalance. The shaftintegrated balancing method is applied to the Russian 500MW turbo-generator set. Firstly, the structure characteristics andthe historical influence coffeicients of low pressure rotors are analysed and compared. The results show that when thebalance weights are mounted on the two low pressure rotors at the same time, the mutual influence of the two rotors can beingored, and can seperately compute the influecnce of the weight to the focused measurement points. Based on this, thefocusd measurement points are divided into several reasonable groups. Secondly, through the adjustment of the correctiionmass, the overally optimal shaft vibrations are achived. Finally, all the weights are added to the set. The abnormalvibrations are reduced to the excellent level by two start ups. The start up times are effectively reduced and the cost of theenterprises is saved.
