摘　　要：通过金相显微镜,扫描电镜和X-ray研究某钢厂提供的改型12Cr钢原材料淬火裂纹,分析发现出现裂纹原因为原材料表面存在原始裂纹。结合实际生产过程中出现淬火裂纹的原因,提出了具体的预防淬裂的措施。Research the quenching cracks of modified 12Cr raw materials supplied by a steel plant by means of metallurgicalmicroscope, SEM and X - ray, the analytical resuhs of appearing quenching cracks are the raw materials surface existingoriginal cracks. According to the reason of quenching crack in the actual production process, the concrete measures toprevent the cracks are put forward.
