摘　　要：服装市场已由卖方市场转变为买方市场,以顾客需求为中心和提供个性化专业指导的顾问式营销模式符合当前服装市场的营销特征。"互联网+"时代,时尚顾问APP平台是实现服装顾问式营销模式的有效手段。为解决中国现有服装时尚顾问类APP缺少针对性顾问服务和实际搭配指导功能的问题,在充分分析中国现有时尚顾问APP平台现状及其优缺点的基础上,对时尚顾问服务的市场需求及时尚顾问APP平台的功能要求进行了调研,在此基础上,采用Android Studio作为开发工具,以MYSQL作为数据库,并使用Tomcat 7.0服务器,设计并开发了符合消费者需求的服装时尚顾问APP平台。基于"互联网+时尚顾问"模式下设计开发的服装时尚顾问APP,能更好地满足消费者的需求,并实现服装的精准营销。The clothing market has transformed from a seller＇s market into a buyer＇s market.The consultative selling mode which insists on the core of customers＇ demand and offers personality as well as specialized introduction is accorded with the marketing features of present clothing market.In the＂internet＋＂age,the fashion consultant platform is an effective solution to realize the clothing consultative selling mode.In order to solve the tough problems that nowadays are for lack of targeted consultant service and the introduction of practical collocation in domestic clothing fashion consultant APPs in China.Based on the investigation of the market demands towards fashion consultant service and the requirement for the functions of the fashion consultant platform,and coupled with sufficient analysis of the existing domestic fashion consultant APPs in China as well as their merits and demerits,we have designed and developed the clothing fashion consultant platform which perfectly meets the customers＇ demand.This platform is based on three appliances：Android Studio,MYSQL and Tomcat 7.0,which are used as the development tool,the database and the server respectively.The clothing fashion consultant platform designed and developed under the mode of＂internet＋＂and fashion consultant can better meet customers＇ demands and plus realize the precision marketing of clothing.
