复方红藤颗粒的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方红藤颗粒(红藤、大黄、金银花,等)对小鼠肠蠕动以及镇痛的影响,进一步观察对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用以及对大鼠发热体温的影响。方法碳末推进实验和湿粪计数实验考察肠蠕动影响;醋酸扭体法考察对小鼠的镇痛作用;观察复方红藤颗粒对三硝基苯磺酸诱导的溃疡性结肠炎大鼠损伤组织的修复作用;干酵母实验观察其对发热大鼠体温的降温作用。结果湿粪计数、炭末排出时间结果显示复方红藤颗粒低、中、高剂量组与正常组、乳果糖对照组比较有显著差异性,且不同剂量间比较也有一定差异性;镇痛实验结果显示,复方红藤颗粒低、中、高剂量组与模型组比较小鼠扭体次数均有显著性差异;抗炎实验结果显示,各治疗组溃疡减少,黏膜充血、水肿、炎症细胞浸润程度减轻,伴轻度肉芽组织增生,且高剂量组明显优于模型组;干酵母实验结果显示复方红藤颗粒能使大鼠的体温降低。结论复方红藤颗粒对小鼠有一定的镇痛作用,使小鼠肠蠕动功能增强。并能够降低发热大鼠的体温,对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎有较好的治疗作用。AIM To observe the effects of Compound Hongteng Granules（ Sargentodoxae caulis,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Lonicerae japonicae Flos,et al.） on small intestinal peristalsis and analgesic effects of mice,and further discuss the treatment for the rats having ulcerative colitis,and the effect of the rats with fevers. METHODS Carbon powder and wet manure count were used to observe the influence on intestinal movement of the mice.Acetic acid writhing test was used to assess the analgesic effects of Compound Hongteng Granules. 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid（ TNBS） induction of ulcerative colitis rat model was established to observe the influence on the colonic mucosal tissue damage and restoration. Dry yeast was used to study temperaturereducing effects on the rats with fevers. RESULTS Dry yeast was used to study the febrifuge effects on the rats with fevers. The acetic acid writhing test showed that Compound Hongteng Granules groups have some analgesic effects on mice. Antiinflammatory experiments showed that Compound Hongteng Granules could reduce ulceration,and relieve mucosal hyperemia,edema,inflammatory cell infiltration and the formation of mild granulation tissue. In addition,mild granulation tissue was hyperplastic. The grade of intestinal mucosa main morphology in the high-dose group was significantly better than that in the model group. Compound Hongteng Granules can significantly reduce dry yeast-in-duced febrile response and lower the temperature on the rats with fevers. CONCLUSION Compound Hongteng Granules have some analgesic effects,and can increase intestinal movement ability of mice while lower the temperature on the rats with fevers. Therefore,Compound Hongteng Granules can be used to treat the rats with ulcerative colitis.
