摘　　要：在对信息素养和数据素养的概念进行回顾和辨析的基础上,总结了图书馆用户教育的演变,指出大数据环境下图书馆用户教育要想取得突破性进展,必须"上下"同心,变革思想和机制,创新内容和形式。By reviewing and analyzing the concepts of information literacy and data literacy, this articles concludes the evolution process of library reader education and suggests that the library shall endeavor together to reform the mind and service mechanism,as well as innovate the education content and form to achieve breakthrough development.
