摘　　要：政务信息资源价值的实现是电子政务实施效果的体现,是政务信息资源开发利用的目标。通过对国内外研究文献的梳理分析,发现政务信息资源的价值实现研究主要关注影响价值实现因素、实现的途径和提升实现水平的策略等领域。影响因素涉及信息质量、技术支撑、信息素养、用户需求等主题;实现途径涉及决策支持、传播公开、共享和二次开发等主题;提升策略涉及产业化、数据库建设和服务创新等主题。The value realization of government information resources is the embodiment of the implementation of e- government,and it is the goal of the development and utilization of government information resources. This article, by analyzing corresponding research documents of domestic and abroad, finds that the value realization of the government information resources is mainly concerned with the followings： the factors that affect the value realization, which involve in the quality of information, technical support,information literacy, and user demand theme, etc.; the way to realize the realization of the government information resources, which involves in decision support, communication openness, sharing and redevelopment theme, etc.; the strategy of promoting the realization level, which involves in industrialization, database construction and service innovation theme, etc.
