摘 要:以聚乳酸纤维和苎麻落麻纤维为原料制成的针刺非织造布为研究对象,着重分析纤维原料的不同混合比对非织造布的拉伸断裂强力、透气性、保暖性、芯吸效应和含液率等性能的影响及其原因,并将聚乳酸/苎麻落麻针刺非织造布作为无土栽培基质进行草坪种植试验,结果显示种植出的小麦草生长状况良好,发芽率高达97.7%,证明其作为无土栽培基质可行。Needle punched nonwovens which was prepared with polylactic acid(PLA) fibers and ramie noil fibers was taken as research objects,and the effects and reasons of fiber materials blended at various ratios on the properties of nonwovens were mainly analyzed,such as tensile strength,permeability,warmth retention,wicking effect and liquid fractions.And the lawn planting experiment with the PLA/ramie noil needle punched nonwovens used as substrate for non-soil cultivation was carried out,the results showed that the growth of wheat straw was good and the germination rate reached 97.7%,which proved that it was feasible to use PLA/ramie noil needle punched nonwovens for the non-soil cultivation.
