摘　　要：当前,艾滋病流行传播出现新变化及艾滋病防治面临新挑战,社会组织参与防艾工作亟需创新思路。笔者通过政策网络的理论视角,梳理云南省社会组织参与防艾工作中相关不同行动主体所形成的关系及网络结构,分析云南省社会组织参与防艾有关政策网络的互动情况,并提出构建和创新社会组织参与防艾工作相关政策网络的对策建议,实现社会组织参与防艾相关政策网络的有效整合,进一步提高云南省社会组织参与防艾工作的效率和效益。At the present, the epidemic and transmission of AIDS appears new change and it＇s prevention work also faces new challenges. It need to innovative thinking of social organizations participation and AIDS prevention working. This paper through theoretical perspective of policy network, teases the relationship and investigates relationship network structures which formed by relevant different action parts of that social organizations participate in AIDS policy network prevention working in Yunnan province. It analyzes interaction status of social organizations participate in policy network of AIDS prevention working. It puts forward suggestion of building and innovating social organizations participate in AIDS policy network prevention working. Carry out efficacious integration of social organizations participate in AIDS policy network prevention working so as to improve the efficiency and benefit of social organizations participate in AIDS policy network prevention working further.
