新医改条件下的广西民营医院发展现状及问题研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解广西民营医院存在的问题并提出可行性建议。[方法]采用文献研究及数据分析的研究方法,数据主要来源于《中国卫生统计年鉴》、《广西卫生和计划生育统计提要》,统计广西所有医院、民营医院的数量、类型、人力资源等指标。[结果]截止2014年12月,广西共有民营医院158家,占广西医院总数的32.51%;民营医院实有床位数9711张,占广西医院总床位数的7.51%;158家民营医院中,综合医院占70.25%,专科医院占23.42%;广西民营医院共有执业(助理)医师2799人,注册护士3598人,卫生技术人员8636人,在全省各自领域占比分别为6.81%、5.35%、6.21%。[结论]广西民营医院仍存在规模偏小、类型单一、人才匮乏、经营混乱等问题。Objectives To know the problems of private hospitals in Guangxi and put forward feasible suggestions. Methods This research adopt- ed the method of literature analysis and statistical analysis. The data was mainly from ＂Chinese Health Statistical Yearbook＂, ＂Guangxi Health and Family Planning Statistical Summary＂ . It statistics all the hospitals, number of private hospitals, hospitals＇ type and human resource. Resuits In the end of Dec. , 2014, there were 158 private hospitals, it ups 32. 51% of total hospitals in Guangxi. The number of beds in private hospitals was 9711, it ups 7. 51% of total beds. Among 158 private hospitals, general hospitals were up 70.25%, special hospitals were 23.42%. There were 2799 practice （assistant） doctors, 3598 registered nurses, 8636 health workers in private hospitals. Their ratio was 6. 81%, 5.35% and 6.21% respectively in their each field. Conclusions It still exists the problem such as the scale is small, type is single, talents shortage and management confusion.
