摘　　要：LED将广泛应用于体育场馆、城市及公共广场、交通、企业形象宣传、商业广告及其它应用。从以前的普通多层板都逐渐转换成HDI高精密度板,对PCB的精密度要求越来越高,在品质要求和制作工艺都要求很高。文章阐述一款10层四阶HDI的LED线路板,与大家分享在制程过程中的难点与解决方案。LED will be widely used in sports stadiums, cities and public squares, traffic, corporate image promotion, commercial advertising and other applications. The previous ordinary multilayer board are gradually converted into HDI high precision PCB, the precision requirements are more and more high, and the quality requirements and production process requirements are even higher. In this paper, a 10 layer fourth-order HDI LED circuit board is introduced and the process and the difficulties and solutions are discussed.
