摘　　要：文章在对刑法文化特征与功能阐述的基础上,分析了我国犯罪预防体系的现状,对如何将刑法文化融入到犯罪预防体系提出一些自己的见解,并对检察机关在利用刑法文化构建犯罪预防体系中所起的作用进行分析,以期为预防犯罪研究作出一定的贡献。On the basis of explaining the features and functions of criminal law culture,the author analyzes the present situation of crime prevention system in China,puts forward his own views on how to integrate the criminal law culture into the crime prevention system,and analyzes procuratorial organs＇ function in the construction of crime prevention system with criminal law culture in order to make a certain contribution for crime prevention research.
