摘  要:煤自燃阶段临界温度能够较为清晰地反映其自燃过程所处的燃烧阶段,为考查煤自燃过程中其阶段临界温度的变化规律,通过对鹤岗、唐山煤样的程序升温和红外官能团测试,分别得到了受热过程中煤的阶段反应动力学参数、阶段宏观临界温度、等动力学温度和煤官能团的阶段微观临界温度。结果表明:鹤岗、唐山煤的等动力学温度分别是99.02,62.83℃;鹤岗煤阶段临界温度分别是65,100以及140℃;唐山煤阶段临界温度分别是75,120℃;煤的阶段微观临界温度与宏观临界温度点的变化趋势一致,且临界温度点相似。阶段微观临界温度是宏观临界温度的细化,程序升温阶段临界温度点可以作为衡量煤自燃过程中临界温度的新方法。The stage critical temperature of coal spontaneous combustion can clearly represent the process of the coal spontaneous combustion. In order to investigate the critical temperature and active group variation of coal spontaneous combustion,based on the temperature programmed and infrared functional groups of Hegang and Tangshan coal samples,we obtained stage reaction kinetics parameters,stage critical temperature,kinetic temperature and active group variation of coal spontaneous combustion respectively and found out the macro and micro critical temperatures in the process of coal spontaneous combustion. The results show that the kinetic temperature of Hegang and Tangshan is 99. 02 ℃ and62. 83 ℃ respectively. The stage critical temperatures points of Hegang and Tangshan samples are 65,100,140 ℃ and 75,120 ℃ resectively. Microcosmic critical temperatures of functional group are refinement on the stage macroscopic critical temperature points of temperature programmed,the changing trends and the critical temperature points are similar. The stage microcosmic critical temperatures is refinement of the macroscopic critical temperature,and the stage critical temperature points of temperature programmed can be used as a new method to determine the critical temperature of coal spontaneous combustion.
