摘 要:【目的】研究渗管取水工程中出水浊度的影响因素,为渗管取水工程设计提供依据。【方法】通过物理模型试验,分析不同河床砂厚度(0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5和0.6m)在不同来水含沙量(0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0,4.0,5.0,10.0和15.0g/L)下对渗管取水出水浊度的影响。【结果】当来水含沙量一定时,随着河床砂厚度的增大,出水浊度逐渐减小;当河床砂厚度一定时,随着来水含沙量的增大,出水浊度逐渐减小,其中以河床砂厚度0.1m、来水含沙量为0.5g/L时的出水浊度最大,为982.33NTU,以河床砂厚度0.6m、来水含沙量15g/L时的出水浊度最小,为2.30NTU。采用综合渗透系数代替河床砂厚度进行理论分析,建立了滤水料渗透系数、来水含沙量与渗管出水浊度关系的拟合公式。实例分析表明,所得拟合公式与试验数据及实际工程实测数据均符合较好。【结论】渗管出水浊度的拟合公式可用于实际工程的指导。【Objective】This study analyzed the factors influencing turbidity of treated water from permeation pipe to provide reference for future permeation pipe water project.【Method】This paper analyzed influences of riverbed sand thickness(0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5and 0.6m)and runoff sediment concentration(0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0,4.0,5.0,10.0and 15.0g/L)on turbidity of treated water from permeation pipe using aphysical model.【Result】With fixed influent sediment concentration,water turbidity decreased with the increase of riverbed sand thickness.With fixed riverbed sand thickness,effluent turbidity decreased with the increase of water sediment concentration.The worst turbidity of 982.33 NTU occurred when of riverbed thickness was 0.1mand influent sediment concentration was 0.5g/L.The smallest turbidity of 2.30 NTU was obtained when the riverbed thickness was 0.6mand the influent sediment concentration was 15g/L.Integrated permeability was used to analyze theory using the relationship of permeability of water treatment material,runoff sediment concentration and permeation pipe effluent turbidity instead of riverbed sand thickness.The obtained formula was in good agreement with the experimental data and actual measured data.【Conclusion】The obtained theoretical formula was useful for practical projects.
