摘 要:本系统利用组态软件及智能仪表实现多点温度的监控。该温度监控系统由岛电型智能仪表、装有组态软件的PC机、热电阻、固态继电器、风扇以及散热器等设备组成。系统采用分布式控制,并利用三级控制结构实现对温度的实时监控。上位机通过RS-485总线与智能仪表进行通信,并实时监控、存储采集到的温度数据。智能仪表能够设定温度的上下限,并通过继电器控制风扇及加热器调节温度,以实现温度的准确控制。实验结果表明,该温度监控系统测量精准,便于监控,具有一定的使用价值。The system is based on the study of intelligent instrumentation and kingview for the design of multi-point temperature monitoring. The temperature monitoring system consists of the equipment such as intelligent instrumentations, a PC equipped with King View soft, heat resistance, solid state relays, fans, radiators and so on. This system is controlled by distributed, and three level control structures can realize a system of real-time monitoring of the temperature. The intelligent instrumentation and lower computer uses the RS-485 bus to communicate, and upper computer can real-time monitoring and save the temperature data. Intelligent instrument can set the upper and lower temperature, also use solid state to control the operation of the interference of the external devices, so as to control temperature. Experimental results show that the temperature control monitoring system is accurate to measure the temperature, which is convenient to Monitor, and has a certain value.
