摘  要:目的探索螺旋藻对机体免疫功能的影响,为螺旋藻片应用于预防免疫失调性疾病提供基础依据。方法 ICR小鼠随机分为低、中、高剂量组以及对照组,分别给予3个剂量组小鼠0.333、0.667、2.000g/kg·BW螺旋藻片连续灌胃30d,对照组给予蒸馏水,测定小鼠免疫器官指数、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能以及非特异性免疫功能等指标。结果与对照组相比,各剂量组小鼠的体重、胸腺指数、脾指数和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力差异均无统计学意义;高剂量组小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化OD差值是(0.174±0.034),左右耳重量差是(21.9±2.2)mg,溶血空斑数是(104.51±16.20)×103个,血清溶血素抗体积数是(81.7±13.2),碳廓清吞噬指数a是(5.14±0.63),均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);中、高剂量组小鼠NK细胞活性转换值分别是(0.15±0.02)、(0.15±0.02),均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论螺旋藻片具有增强免疫功能作用,对于预防免疫失调具有良好的应用前景。Objective To explore effect of spirulina tablets on immune function,so as to provide the basis for the application of spirulina tablets in the prevention of immune dysregulation disease. Methods ICR mice were randomly divided into low,medium,high dosage group and control group.The mice were orally administrated with spirulina tablets for 30 days at the dose of 0.333,0.667 and 2.000g/(kg·Bw)in the three dosage groups,respectively.Distilled water was given in the control group.The immune organ index,function of cellular immunity,humoral immunity,non-specific immunity and other indicators in mice were detected. Results Compared with the control group,the body weight,thymus index,spleen index and phagocytic power of celiac macrophage to chicken erythrocyte in all dosage groups were not changed significantly.The OD difference of spleen lymphocyte transformation was 0.174±0.034,the weight difference between the left and right ears was(21.9±2.2)mg,the numbers of hemolytic plaques were(104.51 ± 16.20)×103,the serum hemolysin antibody product was 81.7±13.2and the phagocytic index of carbon clearance was 5.14±0.63 in high dosage group,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).The conversion of NK cell activity in the medium and high dosage groups was 0.15 ± 0.02,0.15 ± 0.02,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Spirulina tablets can strengthen immune function and has a good application prospect in preventing immune disorders.
