2013～2015年五华县乙型病毒性肝炎流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解五华县乙型病毒性肝炎流行病学特征,评价乙肝流行状况,为乙肝防控工作提供科学依据。方法对2013~2015年五华县通过病例信息收集、实验室检测、急性乙肝病例流行病学调查的乙肝监测结果进行流行病学分析。结果 2013年1月至2015年6月全县共报告乙肝448例,年均发病率13.21/10万,占病毒性肝炎总病例数的79.86%;急性病例占3.57%（16例）,慢性病例占89.06%（399例）,未分型病例占7.37%（33例）;全县16个乡镇均有病例报告;男性发病率18.28/10万,女性发病率7.84/10万;发病年龄3月龄~89岁、30~59岁人群占54.24%（243例）;职业以农民最多,占82.37%（369例）;2013~2014年每个月均有病例报告,发病无明显季节性。结论五华县通过实施儿童乙肝疫苗免疫规划后,有效控制了儿童发病,急性感染病例得到遏制。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B in Wuhua county,and evaluate the prevalence of hepatitis B,so as to provide scientific basis for hepatitis B control and prevention. Methods The surveillance results of hepatitis B cases in Wuhua county from 2013 to 2015were epidemiologically analyzed by the methods of case information collection,laboratory examination and epidemiological investigation of acute hepatitis B cases. ResultsA total of 448 hepatitis B cases were reported in Wuhua county from January 2013 to June 2015,the average annual incidence was 13.21/105,accounting for 79.86% of the total viral hepatitis cases.Acute cases accounted for 3.57%（16cases）,chronic cases accounted for 89.06%（399cases）,no classification cases accounted for 7.37%（33cases）.All of 16 towns had case report in Wuhua county.The male incidence was 18.28/105,the female incidence was 7.84/105,the male and female incidence ratio was 2.33：1.The age of onset was from 3months to 89 years old,30-59 years old accounted for54.24%（243cases）.Farmers were the most,accounting for 82.37%（369cases）.Each month had case report from 2013 to 2014,with no seasonal incidence trend. Conclusion The children＇s hepatitis B is under effective control and acute infection cases are kept down through the implementation of the children＇s hepatitis B vaccine immunization program in Wuhua county.
