摘 要:目的了解青岛市各级免疫规划人力资源配置状况,为科学配置免疫规划人力资源提供参考依据。方法对青岛市2015年各级疾病预防控制机构免疫规划人力资源相关情况进行调查。结果青岛市2015年从事免疫规划工作人员1 013人,其中市级7人,县级51人,乡级955人,各级服务人员配置率分别为0.007/万、0.056/万、0.943/万。全部人员中,男性占27.54%,女性占72.46%;30~49岁的711人,占70.19%;大专及以上学历者798人,占78.78%;中级及以上职称者269人,占26.55%;从事免疫规划工作≥5年的637人,占62.88%。结论青岛市免疫规划人力资源配置较为合理,但同时也存在人员总体不足、职称配置不合理、人员稳定性较低等问题。Objective To understand the status of human resources allocation of Expanded Program on Immunization(EPI)in Qingdao city,so as to provide reference basis for scientific allocation of human resources of EPI. Methods A survey was conducted on the status of human resources of EPI in 2015 at all the levels of disease control agencies. Results In 2015,there were altogether 1 013 EPI employees in Qingdao city,7at the city level,51 at the county level and955 at the town level respectively.The allocation rate was 0.007/104,0.056/104 and 943/104 respectively at all levels.Among all the employees,the males accounted for 27.54%,and the females accounted for 72.46%.711 were those aged 30-49,accounting for 70.19%;798were those with college degree or above,accounting for 78.78%;269were those with middle or above professional titles,accounting for 26.55%,637 were those with 5or above years of working experience,accounting for 62.88%. Conclusion The allocation of human resource in EPI is reasonable in Qingdao city,however,there are problems in insufficiency of personnel,irrational allocation of professional titles,and poor stability of staff.
