摘　　要：介绍了一种通过编程使得普通电脑具备录像机功能的方法 ,对这种方法的实现过程和关键技术 -VFW技术作了一定程度的论述。This paper introduces the way in which computer is provided with the function of video recorder by means of programming,and discusses the realizing process and the key to the technical method-VFW technology.
