辐照豆粕对肉鸡生长性能和消化功能的影响

摘  要:为了研究辐照豆粕对肉鸡生长和消化的影响,试验采用560只1日龄的肉仔鸡随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复35只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础饲粮的基础上分别用三个水平(5%、10%、15%)的10 k Gy Co^(60)辐照后的豆粕替代普通豆粕。试验期为42 d,分1~21 d和22~42 d两个阶段进行。结果表明:辐照并没有改变豆粕的化学组成,但使胰蛋白酶抑制因子的活性降低了44.9%。22~42 d的肉鸡平均日增重试验Ⅰ组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),料肉比试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。1~42 d的肉鸡平均日增重试验Ⅰ组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料肉比试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。十二指肠绒毛高度试验Ⅱ组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),隐窝深度三个试验组与对照组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组胰腺的胞核更加紧密、数量更多。十二指肠中胰蛋白酶活性试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性以对照组最高(P>0.05);空肠、回肠胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶三个试验组与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明辐照豆粕可以提高肉鸡的生长性能、肠道消化吸收能力,促进蛋白沉积。To study the effect of irradiated soybean meal on the growth performance and digestive function and growth of broilers, a total of 560 1 - day - old broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates of 35 broilers each. The control group was fed basal diet and experimental groups Ⅰ , Ⅱ , and Ⅲ were fed the 10 kGy Co60 irradiation soybean meal with three levels including 5 % , 10% and 15 % instead of ordinary soybean meal on the basis of basal diet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days, which included 2 stages of 1 d to 21 d and 22 d to 42 d. The results showed that irradiation did not change the chemical composition of soybean meal, but the activity of trypsin inhibitor was reduced by 44.9%. The average daily gain of broilers in the experimental group I from 22 to 42 d was extremely significantly higher (P 〈 0.01 ) than that in the control group, while the ratios of feed to meat in three experimental groups were extremely significantly lower ( P 〈 0.01 ) than that in the control group. The average daily gain of broilers in the experimental group Ⅰ from 1 to 42d was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05 ) than that in the control group, while the ratios of feed to meat in three experimental groups were extremely significantly lower ( P 〈 0.01 ) than that in the control group. The villus height of duodenum in the group Ⅱ was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that in control group, and there were no significant differences ( P 〉 0.05 ) in crypt depth between three experimental groups and the control group. The pancreatic nuclei in the three experimental groups were more closely with a larger number of nuclei compared with the control group, and the trypsin activity of duodenum in the experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that in the control group, while the amylase and lipase activities in the control group were highest ( P 〉 0.05 ).
