摘 要:在集约化奶牛养殖过程中为了追求产奶量的提高,日粮配方中增加了精饲料的比例,奶牛饲喂高精料含量的日粮后,常导致牛群普遍发生慢性瘤胃酸中毒(sub-acute ruminal acidosis,SARA)。文章综述了高通量测序技术在研究SARA引起的消化道内微生物区系变化的结果。SARA的发生引起奶牛瘤胃和粪便内的微生物区系在门和属的层面发生变化,微生物区系的改变导致瘤胃和消化道内发酵产物的改变,从而影响消化道内的发酵环境,降低饲料的降解消化。微生物区系及发酵环境的改变还会产生一些异常代谢产物,损害奶牛的消化系统和健康。To pursue the improvement of milk production in the process of intensive dairy farming, the proportion of concentrated feed is increased in the diets. Dairy cows fed high - concentrate diets often result in subacute ruminal acidosis (SARA) prevalence in herd. This article summarized the results of high - throughput sequencing technology in the study of the microflora changes in the digestive tract of dairy cows caused by SARA. The occurrence of SARA caused the changes of microflora in the rumen and faeces at the levels of phylum and genus, and the changes of microflora also caused the changes of fermentation preduets in the lumen and digestive tract, thereby affecting the fermentation environment in the digestive tract and decreasing the degradation and digestion of feed. The changes of microflora and fermentation environment produce some abnormal metabolites that can impair the digestive system and health of dairy cows.
