摘　　要：目的探究分析过敏性紫癜患儿并发肾脏损害高危因素。方法查阅万方等权威文献资料,随机选取自2005年1月至2015年1月的过敏性紫癜并发肾脏损害的500例患儿临床资料,进行固定效应模型或者随机效应模型的Meta分析。计算各指标OR的比值和95%可信区间(CI)。结果患儿年龄≥10岁OR值为3.10,腹痛OR为2.05,95%CI=[1.39-3.04];关节肿痛OR值为2.02,95%CI=[1.49-2.46],紫癜反应OR值为3.45,95%CI=[2.59-4.76],消化道出血OR值2.05,五项均有统计学意义。而WBC合并OR=1.03,(P>0.05),PLT合并OR=1.04,(P>0.05),两项无统计学意义。结论过敏性紫癜并发肾脏损害的高危因素有年龄大于等于10岁、腹痛、紫癜反应、消化道出血。其中腹痛、消化道出血为中度关联,大于等于10岁、紫癜反应为强度关联。Objective To explore the high risk factors of renal damage in children with allergic purpura. Methods reviewing the Wanfang authoritative literature, selected allergic purpura complicated with renal damage 500 cases ot＇ children with clinical data, calculate the ratios of each index OR and 95% confidence intervals （CI）. Results the age ≥ 10 OR 3.10, abdominal pain OR 2.05, 95%CI= [ 1. 39-3.04], joint swelling and pain OR 2.02, 95%CI = [ 1.49-2.46], purpura reaction OR 3.45, 95%CI = [ 2. 59- 4.76] , gastrointestinal bleeding OR 2. 05, these had statistical significance. While WBC and PLT had no statistical significance. Conclusion the high risk factors of renal damage in patients with allergic~ purpura were older than 10 years old, abdominal pain, purpura, gastrointestinal bl6eding. Abdominal pain and gastrointestinal bleeding were moderately correlated, and the correlation was more than 10 years old, and the reaction was strength.
