摘 要:目的对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)进行多位点序列分析(MLST),初步了解泉州地区MRSA的MLST分型、MRSA的耐药性与ST及ST克隆系的相关性方法收集2013-2015年本地区分离47株MRSA,采用MLST对受试菌的7个等位基因进行序列分析,同时进行网上数据库比对,得到每个菌株相应的等位基因号。结果 47株菌分为14个ST型,2个型别为新的型别(已提交未反馈)。每个型别包含1-17株菌。ST59是优势型别(36.2%),包含17株菌;其次为ST239(17.0%),包含8株菌;ST59分布于2013年、2014年、2015年,表示该型别菌株在本地区长期存在;ST59分布于3所医院,表示该型别菌株本地区广泛分布。结论本地区MRSA分离株基因多态性大,ST59和ST239是本地区MRSA分离株的优势ST型。OBJECTIVE To conduct the multilocus sequence typing(MLST)of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)so as to preliminarily understand the correlation between MLST types,drug resistance of the MRSA strains isolated from Quanzhou area and ST as well as ST clones.METHODS A total of 47 strains of MRSA were isolated in this area from 2013 to 2015.Totally 7alleles of the tested strains were sequenced and analyzed by means of MLST and,at the same time,were contrasted with the online database so as to obtain the corresponding allele number of each strain.RESULTS The 47 strains were divided into 14 ST types,of which 2were novel types(no feedback has been submitted).Each type contained 1-17 strains.ST59was the dominant type(36.2%),containing 17 strains,followed by ST239(17.0%),containing 8strains.The ST59 distributed in 2013,2014,and2015,indicating that this type of strains have existed in this area for a long time period;the ST59 distributed in 3hospitals,suggesting that this type of strains distributed widely in this area.CONCLUSION The gene polymorphism of the MRSA isolates is large in this area.The ST59 and ST239are dominant among the ST types of the MRSA isolates in this area.
