摘  要:目的了解北京地区成人发热呼吸道症候群门诊患者呼吸道病毒感染的病毒病原学构成,建立门诊患者呼吸道病毒的快速诊断方法,提高呼吸道传染病病原的快速检测能力。方法采用荧光定量RT-PCR法对2013年2月-2014年3月采集834名患者鼻/咽拭子进行病毒核酸检测,数据采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果对834例标本进行病毒检测,检出阳性338例,阳性率为40.53%;同种病毒的不同亚型和≥两种病毒混合感染33例,以IFVA+IFVB混合感染为主,共7例占21.21%;腺病毒和副流感病毒在不同体温感染者中的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);呼吸道病毒在冬季的感染率最高,为71.75%,春季次之为35.19%。结论冬季为呼吸道病毒感染的高发季节,呼吸道病毒的感染存在差异性;IFVA是引起呼吸道感染的主要病原体,荧光定量RT-PCR可快速明确呼吸道感染病原体。OBJECTIVE To understand respiratory tract virus constitution in the fever outpatients with respiratory syndrome in Beijing,so as to establish rapid diagnosis method for outpatients with respiratory tract virus and improve the ability of rapid detection of respiratory tract pathogens.METHODS A total of 834 patients were selected from Feb.2013 to Mar.2014 for nose/throat swabs viral nucleic acid testing by fluorescence quantitative real-time PCR,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.RESULTS Among 834 specimens,a total of 338 specimens with virus positive were detected,and the positive rate was 40.53%.The infection caused by different hypotypes of same virus and more than two kinds of virus infection was found in 33 specimens,mainly IFVA+IFVB mixed infection with 7cases,accounting for 21.21%;There was significant difference between adenovirus and sendai virus in patients with different tempers,had statistiecd signifincant(P〈0.05).The infection rate of respiratory tract virus hit the higlest 71.75%in winter and followed by 35.19%in spring.CONCLUSION Winter is the season of high incidence of respiratory virus infection.Respiratory virus infection had differences.IFVA is the major pathogen causing respiratory tract infection.Fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR can quickly identify respiratory tract infection pathogen.
