摘　　要：目的研究HBV感染患者中病毒携带与活动期机体树突细胞免疫功能的变化情况,以为本病的诊断与治疗提供依据。方法选取2014年1月-2015年11月医院诊治24例HBV感染活动期患者为A组,24例HBV病毒携带者为B组,并以24名健康体检者为C组,比较3组人员临床指标。结果 A组外周血髓样及浆细胞样树突状细胞数量及频率分别为(8.44±1.05)×106/L、(0.36±0.03)%及(2.88±0.35)×106/L、(0.12±0.01)%,均低于B组及C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HBV感染患者中病毒携带与活动期机体树突细胞免疫功能均呈现明显异常的状态,应加强对上述方面的监测与干预。OBJECTIVE To study the changes of body dendritic cells immune function of patients with HBV infection at virus carrying stage and active stage,so as to provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.METHODS A total of 24 patients with HBV infection at active stage in hospital from Jan.2014 to Nov.2015 were selected as group A,24 patients at virus carrying stage were selected as group B,24 healthy personnel were selected as group C,and the clinical indexes of the three groups were compared.RESULTS The peripheral blood myeloid and plasmacytoid dendritic cells number and frequencies of group A were（8.44±1.05）×106/L,（0.36±0.03）% and（2.88±0.35）×106/L,（0.12±0.01）%,respectively,which were all significantly higher than those of group B and group C（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The body dendritic cells immune function of patients with HBV infection at virus carrying stage and active stage all show an obvious abnormal state,and those items of patients should be paid more monitoring and intervention.
