四种复方抑菌剂抑菌效果及毒性初步探讨

摘　　要：目的在中药提取液的基础上,分别加入四种化学抑菌剂组成四种复方抑菌剂,并进行效果研究及毒性观察,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法采用琼脂扩散法和动物试验法,对四种抑菌剂复配进行实验室抑菌效果和毒性测定。结果四种抑菌剂的基质均为体积分数为1%中药提取液,分别含葡萄糖酸氯己定、季铵盐、三氯羟基二苯醚、聚维酮碘,且浓度均为1g/L;三氯羟基二苯醚复配抑菌剂对实验动物皮肤有中度刺激性,聚维酮碘复配抑菌剂对动物皮肤刺激性较小,葡萄糖酸氯己定、季铵盐复配抑菌剂对动物皮肤刺激性无影响。结论葡萄糖酸氯己定等四种成分与某中药提取液复配可提高抑菌效果,但三氯羟基二苯醚复配制剂对皮肤有刺激性。OBJECTIVEBased on the extract of traditional Chinese medicine,four kinds of chemical antibacterial agents were added to form four kinds of compound antibacterial agents,and the efficacies were studied and the toxicities were observed,so as to provide references for clinical treatment.METHODS The antibacterial effects and toxicity of the kinds of compound antibacterial agents were tested by agar diffusion method and animal test method.RESULTS The matrixes of the four kinds of antibacterial agents were 1%（volume fraction）of traditional Chinese medicine extract,containing chlorhexidine gluconate,quaternary ammonium salt,triclosan and povidone iodine,respectively,and the concentrations were 1g/L.Triclosan compound antibacterial agent had moderate irritation on the skin of experimental animals,povidone iodine compound antibacterial agent had small irritation on the skin of experimental animals,and gluconic acid chlorhexidine compound antibacterial agents had no effect on the skin of animals.CONCLUSIONFour ingredients combined with a traditional Chinese medicine extract can improve the antibacterial effect,but the triclosan compound antibacterial agent had skin irritation.
