血清纤维化指标及细胞因子在百草枯所致肺纤维化及肺部感染患者中的检测意义研究

摘　　要：目的研究及观察血清纤维化指标及细胞因子在百草枯所致肺纤维化及肺部感染患者中的检测意义,为此类患者的诊断与治疗提供参考依据。方法将2013年6月-2016年3月医院收治20例百草枯所致肺纤维化及肺部感染患者为A组,20例百草枯所致肺纤维化患者为B组,20例百草枯所致肺部感染患者为C组,20名同期健康同龄者为D组,比较4组研究对象临床指标及细胞因子水平。结果 A组血清纤维化指标Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽(PⅠCP)及Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)水平均高于B组及D组,B组和C组则高于D组,同时A组血清细胞因子高于B组、C组及D组,B组及C组则高于D组,且A组与B组、A组与C组中不同肺部感染程度患者的检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清纤维化指标及细胞因子在百草枯所致肺纤维化及肺部感染患者中的检测意义较高,对于患者的诊断与治疗均有积极的临床指导意义。OBJECTIVE To study and observe the detection significance of serum fibrosis indexes and cytokines in the patients with pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary infection caused by paraquat,in order to provide reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.METHODS A total of 20 patients with pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary infection caused by paraquat in hospital from Jun.2014 to Mar.2016 were selected as group A,20 patients with pulmonary fibrosis caused by paraquat were selected as group B,20 patients with pulmonary infection caused by paraquat were selected as group C,and another 20 healthy persons of the same age were selected as the group D.Then the clinical indexes and cytokines of the four groups were compared.RESULTS The serum fibrosis indexes PⅠCP and CⅣ of group A were all higher than those of group B and group D,and the levels of group B and group C were higher than those of group D.The serum cytokines of group A were higher than those of group B,group C and group D,the levels of group B and group C were all higher than those of group D,and the detection results of group A and group B with different degrees of pulmonary fibrosis,group A and group C with different degrees of pulmonary infection had significant differences（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe detection significance of serum fibrosis indexes and cytokines in the patients with pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary infection caused by paraquat is high,and it has active clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of the patients.
