子宫全切术并发切口感染患者疼痛类炎症介质及淋巴细胞亚群的变化研究

摘　　要：目的研究及观察子宫全切术并发切口感染患者疼痛类炎症介质及淋巴细胞亚群的变化情况,为子宫全切术并发切口感染的诊断与治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2015年1月-2016年4月医院收治28例子宫全切术并发切口感染患者为A组,28例未发生切口感染的子宫全切术患者为B组,28名健康同龄妇女为C组,比较3组妇女临床指标。结果 A组血清疼痛类炎症介质指标PGE2、SP及BK水平分别为(162.28±16.37)pg/ml、(4.17±0.46)ug/ml及(12.41±0.90)ug/L,均高于B组及C组,B组水平则高于C组,A组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及B淋巴细胞亚群均差于B组及C组,B组则差于C组,浅层切口感染和深部切口感染患者检测结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上述指标对于此类患者的诊断与治疗有积极的指导意义。OBJECTIVE To study and observe the changes of pain inflammatory mediators and lymphocyte subsets of patients with total hysterectomy complicated with incision infection,in order to provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of total hysterectomy complicated with incision infections.METHODS A total of 28 cases of patients with total hysterectomy complicated with incision infection in our hospital from Jan.2015 to Apr.2016 were selected as group A,28 cases of patients with total hysterectomy and without incision infection were selected as group B,and another 28 healthy women of the same ages were selected as group C.Then the clinical indexes of the three groups were compared.RESULTS The serum pain inflammatory mediators PGE2,SP and BK of group A were respectively（162.28±16.37）pg/ml,（4.17±0.46）ug/ml and（12.41±0.90）ug/L,which were all higher than those of group B and group C,and the levels of group B were higher than those of group C.The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and peripheral blood B lymphocyte subsets of group A were all worse than those of group B and group C,the levels of group B were all worse than those of group C,the differences of the detection results of patients with superficial incision infection and deep incision infection were all significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThose indexes have active guidance significance for the diagnosis and treatment of the patients.
