基于循环质控理念的护理风险管理对骨科住院患者医院感染的影响

摘　　要：目的研究循环质控理念下的护理风险管理对骨科住院患者医院感染的影响,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2012年9月-2014年9月在医院骨科行手术治疗的患者226例,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各113例,观察组患者在循环质控理念下实施护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,比较两组患者不同住院时间的感染率。结果观察组患者共感染25例,感染率为22.13%,对照组患者共感染45例,感染率为39.82%;对照组患者〈1个月、1~6个月、〉6个月的感染率均显著高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PDCA循环质量理念运用于骨科住院患者护理风险管理,可以明显降低院内感染率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of nursing risk management on the hospital infection in department of orthopedics with the concept of circulation quality control,so as to provide references for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 226 cases of orthopedic surgical treated patients in our hospital from Sep.2012 to Sep.2014 were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 113 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated with nursing intervention with the concept of circular quality control,in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and the infection rates of the two groups of patients with different hospitalization time were compared.RESULTS Totally 25 cases of observation group were infected,with the infection rate of 22.13%,and 45 cases of infection occurred in control group,accounting for 39.82%.With prolongation of the duration of hospitalization,the infection rates of control group 〈1month,6months and 〉6months were significantly higher than those of observation group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION PDCA cycle quality concept used in the department of orthopedics in hospital patients with nursing risk management can significantly reduce the hospital infection rate.
