麻风病患者疾病经济负担调查指标体系的制定:基于Delphi法研究

摘　　要：目的建立麻风病患者疾病经济负担评价指标体系。方法选择16名专家进行两轮Delphi法专家咨询,对3个一级指标和27个二级指标进行函询,根据指标重要性赋值得分和变异系数以及研究小组讨论结果确定所需指标。结果共有14名专家完成了两轮咨询,两轮咨询的一致性系数(ω)分别为0.315和0.409,经χ2检验,P值均<0.05,专家权威程度为0.78。一级指标包括家庭基本情况、麻风病病情信息和麻风病疾病损失,权重分别为0.175、0.375和0.5。二级指标中有6个指标不符合入选标准,予以剔除;专家建议新增的6个指标均符合入选标准。结论本次Delphi咨询建立的麻风病患者疾病经济负担评价指标体系结果可取,需要在实践中进行进一步检验与修订。OBJECTIVE To set up an index system to assess the economic burden of leprosy patients. METHODS Two rounds of Del- phi survey were conducted and 16 experts were invited to do the consultation for 3 primary indexes and 27 secondary indexes. The eligible indexes would be selected according to the scores of importance, variable coefficient and conclusions of research team. RESULTS A totally of 14 experts completed the two rounds survey. The harmonious coefficients of the two rounds survey were 0.315 and 0.409, respectively, both with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The mean coefficient of authority was 0.78. The primary indexes included the family information, the leprosy state of patient and the economic costs of leprosy, and with weights of 0.175, 0.375 and 0.5, respectively. There were 6 secondary indexes did not meet inclusion criteria and deleted. All the six indexes which added by experts were met inclusion criteria and selected to the indexes system. CONCLUSION The indexes system to assess the economic burden of leprosy patients which founded by our research was credible, and should be modified in the field practice.
