基于访谈法的社区居民对专家进社区需求研究

摘　　要：目的探讨社区居民对专家下社区的需求。方法选取2016年5—6月间就诊于上海市浦东新区潍坊社区卫生服务中心消化科专家门诊的32名患者,通过访谈的方法获得患者对专家下社区的需求和建议并归纳分析。结果社区居民对专家下社区需求强烈,并建议优化社区医疗机构的药物种类和检查项目,建立良好的转诊通道。结论专家下社区是社区居民的热切需求,更有助于提升社区医疗机构的诊疗能力。OBJECTIVE To discuss the community residents demand for experts to community based on interviews. METHOD 32 pa- tients who of the expert outpatient service during April 2016 and July 2016 were interviewed to analysis their demands and advices. RESULT The community residents had strong demand for experts, gave suggestions to optimize the drugs varieties and inspection item and establish referral goes smoothly. CONCLUTION Community residents had strong desire for experts to community, which could help community medical institutions to improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment.
