摘　　要：老旧砌体建筑的安全性评估的重点在于构件承载力评定。以现行规范为依据,针对北京地区老旧住宅的特征,分析相关规范条文,归纳适用于北京既有砌体建筑的部分,以公式、图表或要点总结形式给出砌体墙高厚比、受压承载力、局压承载力的快速评估方法,可为开展类似工程安全性评估工作提供参考。The safety performance of old masonry buildings has been the focus of attention,and the key lies in the safety assessment of the evaluation of the bearing member. In this paper,based on the existing norms,in view of the characteristics of the old masonry buildings in Beijing,analysis of the related codes,summed up the applicable parts for existing masonry buildings,a quick evaluation method of high thickness ratio,compressive bearing capacity and local pressure bearing capacity of masonry walls was given with the formula,chart or points,which could provide reference for the safety assessment of similar projects.
