摘　　要：针对某企业的Z8210C机床控制系统,分析了其在控制方式、接线方式、设备改造便利性等方面的缺点,并结合PLC控制的优势,提出了一种基于PLC控制的机床改造方案,并给出了详细的代码,为传统机床实现工业生产自动化提供了一种高效率、低故障率的解决方案。This paper analyzed the weaknesses of the control system of Z8210C milling machine from aspects of control method, wiring method and the convenience of upgrading. Combining the advantages of PLC control, this paper provides an upgrading solution based on PLC control, and hsts detail codes, which provides a high-efficiency and low-failure solution for industrial automatization of traditional machines,
