摘　　要：开发一个基于ARM11平台的智能摄像头控制系统,包括摄像头视频采集部分和网络传输部分,利用三星公司的S3C6410 ARM11处理器为开发平台,视频采集部分采用罗技C270 USB摄像头,采集的视频由处理器处理识别运动物体,通过网络传输模块将视频数据通过网络进行传输并将截取关键的照片上传到服务器上,PC端或手机端通过访问系统的IP地址对视频数据读取显示,实现远距离监控。This study is to develop a smart camera control system based on AILM11 platform. This system includes camera video collection and network transmissinn part, using the samsung S3C6410 ARM11 processor as a development platform, video collection part adopts logitech C270 USB camera, collection of video moving object identified by processing, through the network transmission module to transmit video data through the network and will capture key photos uploaded to the server, PC or cell phone terminal through the IP address of the access to the system of video data read, according to realize remote monitoring.
