湿润疗法中药硬膏贴敷治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察湿润疗法中药硬膏贴敷促进糖尿病足溃疡创面生长愈合的效果。方法将120例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。2组均给予控制血糖、改善肢体微循环、营养神经、抗感染等基础治疗,治疗组同时给予湿润疗法中药硬膏创面换药,对照组给予重组牛成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶创面换药。结果中药硬膏贴敷治疗糖尿病足溃疡总有效率96.7%,对照组为93.3%。结论采用化腐祛瘀、煨脓长肉之中药硬膏贴敷治疗糖尿病足溃疡,可明显改善创面肉芽生长情况,缩短治疗周期,降低患者的截肢率。Objective To observe moist therapy with Chinese herbal plaster for external application to promote the generation and healing of the surface of the wound in diabetic ulcer. Methods A total of 120 cases of diabetic foot ulcer were randomized into the treatment group and the control group of 60 each. Both groups were given some basic treatment to control blood sugar,improve microcirculation of extremities,nourish the nerves and resist infection. The treatment group was also treated with the moist therapy of Chinese herbal plaster for fresh dressing on wound surface and the control group was given recombinant bovine fibroblast growth factor gel for fresh dressing on wound surface. Results The total effectiveness of moist therapy with Chinese herbal plaster for external use in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer was 96. 7%,while that of the control group was 93. 3%. Conclusion Chinese herbal plaster with the herbs for removing the necrotic tissue and eliminating stagnation,warming the pus and promoting the generation of new tissue used for diabetic foot ulcer can remarkably improve the generation of granulation tissue on the surface of wound,shorten the treatment circle and reduce the amputation rate for patients.
