师氏理筋法治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并臀部筋结病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察并比较师氏理筋法和常规手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并臀部筋结病变的疗效。方法将100例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用随机数字表法分为师氏理筋组和常规手法组各50例,均治疗2个疗程。治疗前后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行评分,并于B超下观察臀部筋结炎性反应带的宽度。结果治疗后2组VAS分值均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),师氏理筋组降低更明显(P<0.01)。治疗后2组炎性反应带宽度均减小(P<0.05),师氏理筋组变化更明显(P<0.05)。师氏理筋组治愈率30%,总有效率98%,常规手法组治愈率18%,总有效率94%,2组治愈率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论师氏理筋法可有效缓解腰腿部疼痛,减小臀部炎症反应带,促进臀部筋结病变炎症吸收,优于常规手法。Objective To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of SHI＇s soothing tendon massage and common manipulation on the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with clustered nodules on the buttocks. Methods 100 cases prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were divided into two groups of SHI＇s soothing tendon massage（ 50） and the common manipulation（ 50）,and both were treated for two courses. The scores of VAS were made and the widths of inflammatory reaction zones on the buttocks of the clustered nodules under B-ultrasound were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results After treatments,the scores of VAS of two groups after the treatment were reduced than that before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and much more significant declined in the SHI＇s group（ P〈0. 01）. The widths of inflammatory reaction zones of both two groups after the treatment were less（ P〈0. 05）,and the change of SHI＇s group had more significant decrease（ P〈0. 05）. The curative rate was 30% and the total effective rate was98% in the SHI＇s group and that was 18% and 94% in the common manipulation group. There was significant difference between two groups in the curative rate（ P〈0. 01）. But there was no significant difference between two groups in the total effective rate（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion SHI＇s soothing tendon massage can relieve lumbocrural pain,decrease the inflammatory reaction zone on the buttocks,and promote the absorption of inflammation of the clustered nodules on the buttocks more significantly than that of the common manipulation.
