基于数据挖掘的王文友治疗肝胆疾病中药用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的探讨王文友主任医师治疗肝胆疾病的中药用药规律。方法收集2010—2014年王文友主任医师治疗肝胆病的有效门诊处方,基于中医传承辅助系统软件,采用频次分析、关联规则及复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,对筛选出的260首处方进行分析。结果确定所有处方中药物使用的频次、关联规则及核心组合,最终挖掘出12首新处方。结论王文友主任医师治疗肝胆疾病,多用清热祛湿、理气活血、滋阴软坚之品,符合肝胆病湿热郁瘀的病机,并注重肝、脾、肺、肾之间的关系。Objective To discuss the rules of selection of Chinese herbal medicines by WANG Wen-you in the treatment of liver and gall bladder diseases. Methods The effective clinic prescriptions of liver and gall bladder diseases made by Prof. WANG Wen-you from the year 2010 to 2014 were collected. Based on TCM inheritance auxiliary system software,226 prescriptions selected were analyzed with data mining methods including frequency analysis,correlation law and complex system clustering. Results Frequency,correlation rules and core combination of herbal medicines in all prescriptions were confirmed and finally,12 renewed prescriptions were found out. Conclusion When treating liver and gall bladder diseases,Prof. WANG Wen-you mostly uses herbs with the functions of clearing heat,eliminating damp,regulating qi movement,activating blood circulation,nourishing yin and softening the masses,which cater for the pathogenesis of damp-heat and stagnation in liver and gall bladder diseases,and he also pays attention to the relations among liver,spleen,lung and kidney.
