摘　　要：目的建立杜五液的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对制剂中羌活、川芎、赤芍进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定制剂中赤芍的主要成分芍药苷的含量。结果 TLC法斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。HPLC法芍药苷在5.89-58.88μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率在97.07%-103.09%,RSD为2.20%（n=9）。结论本法简便、准确性好,可用于杜五液的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for evaluation of the quality of Duwu liqid. Methods TLC was used for identification of Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H. T. chang,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.,Paeonia lactiflora Pall. HPLC was employed to determine the content of paeoniflorin in the preparation. Results Notopterygium incisum,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. and paeonia could be indentified by TLC. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 5. 89-58. 88 μg·ml^-1（ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 97. 07%-103. 09%（ RSD 2. 20%,n =9）. Conclusion This method is accurate and quick. It can be used for quality control of Duwu liqid.
