摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定肝得宁丸中五味子酯甲和五味子甲素含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Epic C185μ120A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(55∶45∶1),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:220nm,柱温:25℃。结果五味子酯甲和五味子甲素含量分别在0.2419~2.4192μg(r=0.9999)、0.2406~2.4064μg(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.86%、99.75%,RSD分别为1.36%(n=6)、0.87%(n=6)。结论所建方法准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,适用于肝得宁丸质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of schisantherin A and deoxyschizandrin in Gandening pills by HPLC. Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used to dectect the content of schisantherin A and deoxyschizandrin. The chromatographic column was Epic C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-ace acid( 55∶ 45 ∶ 1),the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min^-1,detection wavelength was set at 220 nm,and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results Schisantherin A and deoxyschizandrin showned a good linearity within the range of 0. 2419-2. 4192 μg( r = 0. 9999) and 0. 2406-2. 4064 μg( r = 0. 9999)respectively. The recovery was 98. 86% and 99. 75% respectively with an RSD of 1. 36% and 0. 87%,respectively. Conclusion This method is accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used for quality control of Gandening pills.
