摘 要:目的观察清脑片对肾上腺素致小鼠微循环障碍模型细静脉和细动脉管径、毛细血管开放数、微循环血流情况的影响。方法取昆明种小鼠50只,雌雄各半,随机分为5组,分别为清脑片高、中、低(2.24、1.12、0.56 g·kg^(-1))剂量组,阳性药对照组(脑络通胶囊混悬液0.75 g·kg^(-1))及阴性对照组(同体积生理氯化钠溶液),连续灌胃10 d,尾静脉注射肾上腺素10mg·kg^(-1)制备微循环障碍模型,全自动图像分析仪观察各组小鼠注射肾上腺素前后耳廓细动脉和细静脉管径、血流速度及毛细血管开放数。结果清脑片高剂量能显著对抗肾上腺素所致小鼠耳廓细静脉和细动脉管径的收缩(P<0.05,P<0.01);中、低剂量能显著对抗肾上腺素所致小鼠细静脉管径的收缩(P<0.01),高、中剂量可显著增加小鼠微循环障碍模型毛细血管网开放数,显著改善循环血流情况(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论清脑片具有改善小鼠微循环障碍模型耳廓微循环的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Qingnao tablets on the capillary number and blood flow of the venules and arterioles in the mouse model of microcirculation dysfunction induced by adrenaline. Methods Fify mice half males and half females were randomly divided into five groups. A high,medium and low dose of Qingnao tablets( 2. 24,1. 12,0. 56 g·kg^-1),Naoluotong capsule suspension( 0. 75 g·kg^-1) and the same volume of normal saline were fed intragastically for 10 d. A model of microcirculation dysfunction was established via the tail vein injection of adrenaline. The diameter of ear arterioles,venules,flow velocity and number of open capillaries were observed with an automatic image analyzer. Results Qingnao tablets in high dose reduce adrenaline-induced diameter contraction of arterioles and venules of mouse ears( P〈0.05). In medium and low dose Qingnao tablets could alleviate adrenaline-induced diameter contraction of venules of mouse auricles( P 〈0. 01). In high and mediumdose,Qingnao tablets could significantly increase numbers that capillary networks opened while blood flow was improved( P 〈0. 01,P〈0.05). Conclusion Qingnao tablets can improve the microcirculation disturbance in auricles of mice.
