摘　　要：介绍大型磷酸二铵(DAP)装置改产NPK的技术方案,包括改产NPK生产工艺流程、技术要点、需增加的设备和设施,以及公用工程变化等。建议在原料系统增加一些设施,根据使用固体或液体原料的不同,采用预中和加管式反应器或只用管式反应器工艺生产NPK,从而实现用一套装置生产DAP及多种NPK产品,提升企业市场竞争力。The technical schemes of NPK plant by transformed large-scale diammonium phosphate plant are introduced, including NPK production process, main technical points, major equipment and facilities to be added, and description of utilities changes, etc. It is suggested that some facilities are supplemental in the raw material system, according to the different use of solid or liquid materials, NPK compound fertilizer is producedby preneutralization in tubular reactor, or only using tubular reactor, so as to improve enterprise＇s market competitiveness, realizing production of DAP and NPK compound fertilizer by DAP plant.
