摘  要:基于对大型湿法磷酸浮选磷矿浆脱水提浓的研究,提出提高矿浆含固量的改进办法。通过新增盘式过滤机和配套设施,加大矿浆处理量,稳定并提高矿浆含固量。介绍盘式过滤机的结构及工作原理,以及在磷矿浆脱水工艺应用中存在的问题和整改措施。通过在工艺与设备方面对盘式过滤机进行整改,使得脱水后的磷矿浆w(固)在75%以上,产能强度(以干基计)为0.3~0.6 t/(m^2·h),基本达到设计要求。Based on the research of dehydration and concentration of phosphate rock slurry from large-scale wet phosphoric acid flotation, the improvement ways to increase the solid content in slurry are put forward. Throug hadding disk filter and supporting facilities, the slurry processing capacity and the content of solid in surry areincreased. The structure and working principle of disk filter, and the existing problems and rectification measures in the applications of phosphate rock slurry dehydration process are introduced. Through rectification of disk filter in the aspect of technology and equipment, so that the solid content of dehydration phosphate rock slurry is above 75%, the intensity of capacity is 0.3- 0.6 t/(m^2·h)(dry basis), the capacity basically meet the design requirements.
