摘  要:过滤机是磷酸生产液固分离的主要设备,磷酸过滤量是衡量磷酸生产效能的关键指标。提高过滤机单台过滤量将是降低各项消耗,提高后续产能的考虑方向。通过调整过滤系统过滤区域划分,更换配套输送泵,改进过滤下酸大气腿等措施,单台过滤机磷酸处理量由60~80 m^3/h提高到100~110 m3/h,产品合格率由不足80.00%提高到94.57%。Filter is the main equipment of solid-liquid separation in the production of phosphoric acid, the phosphate quantity of tilting pan filter is the key indicator to measure the production efficiency of phosphoric acid. Increasing the phosphate quantity of single filter will be the considering direction to reduce the various consumption, and improve the productivity of the follow-up. The phosphate capacity of single filter is increased from 60- 80 m^3/h to 100-110 m^3/h,the qualified rate of product is increased from less than 80.00% to 94.57% by adjusting the region division of the filter system, replacing the complete set of pump, improving the falling acid atmospheric leg of filter.
