全球主义视角下的中国特色国际观解读——兼论“一带一路”战略的全球治理角色

摘　　要：中国特色国际观,是中国改革开放以来,将全球价值理论与中国实际相结合形成的价值认同原则与主要思维方法;它是中国社会实践的产物,也是在全球化背景下受全球学理论影响,同时经过中国国家治理理论发展与实践检验的不断洗礼、规范与思维创新的结果。中国特色国际观,在国际关系发展与中国国内需要这两个层次的互动上,以马克思主义中国化理论创新为轴心和推进器,按照中国文明不断演进的要求进行优化,与全球主义进行人文选择、互动的综合提升过程;"一带一路"战略较为鲜活地体现了这种变化趋势。The international view with Chinese characteristicsisa value identity and thinking method derived from the combination of the theory of global value and Chinese reality since China＇s reform and opening-up. Itis also the product of thinking innovation and regulation in light of the theory and practiceof state governancein China. The international view with Chinese characteristicsis based on the two-level interaction between international relations and internal needs, with the theoretical innovation in the localization of Marxism in China as itsaxis and propeller. It is a comprehensive dynamic process as a result of Chinese social evolution andthe interaction with globalism. The Belt and Road Initiativeis a vivid reflection of the trend.
