摘　　要：科技全球化的背景下,国际科技合作已越来越成为提升区域科技竞争力、促进区域经济增长的重要手段。在"一带一路"战略下,加强与东盟国家的科技合作,对促进广东经济持续增长具有重要作用。通过对广东与东盟科技合作的现状以及科技合作圈建设的可行性进行分析,并结合我国部分省份国际区域科技合作的经验,为广东-东盟科技合作圈建设提出相关政策建议。In the context of the globalization of science and technology, international cooperation in science and technology has increasingly become an important means to enhance the competitiveness of regional science and technology and to promote regional economic growth. Under ＂One Belt and One Road＂ project, strengthening scientific and technological cooperation with ASEAN countries plays an important role in promoting the economic growth of Guangdong province. Through analyzing the situation of scientific and technological cooperation between Guangdong and ASEAN, and the feasibility of cooperation circle construction, combined with the experience of some provinces in China to regional international cooperation in science and technology, the study puts forward relevant policy recommendations for the construction of Guangdong - ASEAN scientific and technological cooperation circle.
