摘 要:本文针对边远零散气井分散、环境条件差、无依托、天然气储备量小、无法长期连续开采的特点,研发一套具备灵活、独立、快速连接特点的天然气回收装置,实现能源的有效利用。从仪表自动化、电视监控及配电等系统的配置和布线方面着重研发,形成一整套适合整站橇装化的快速连接,自由调换、组合的电仪系统。电仪系统的设计研发与回收工艺紧密结合,较好地解决了边远场站环境条件的制约,现场实际使用方便、快捷、稳定,取得了较好的应用效果。在电仪自动化方面,为天然气井口的处理工艺提供了完整可行的解决方案,并创造了较好的经济价值。For the outlying gas wells with bad conditions of poor environment,no dependence, low natural gas reserves,unstable extraction and dispersed placed, we research and develop a flexible, independent and fast connected natural gas recovery equipment which can save energy. In terms of the configuration and wiring of instrument automation, TV surveillance and power distribution systems, we develop a new electric instrument system which can be connected quickly, exchanged and combined freely. The new electric instrument system combine closely with recovery process, and it solves the environmental problem in outlying stations. The equipment is easy and stable to use at the site, which makes a good effect. In the aspect of electric instrument automation, we make a complete solution to solve the process for natural gas wells. At the same time, we create a good economic value.
