摘 要:为了明确并量化汽车冷却系统影响水温变化的因素,该文利用热力学第一定律,建立了发动机的能量平衡方程,在此基础上建立水温瞬态变化过程的微分方程并求解方程,最终建立了描述水温变化的数学模型。通过试验校核对数学模型进行了校验,确认该数学模型可以准确地描述汽车水温变化的实际过程,并能通过瞬态过程数据准确地估计出汽车的平衡水温,提高了汽车水温控制的准确性,减少了水温波动,为水温的控制逻辑开发提供了理论基础。In order to determine and quantify the factors that affect the water temperature changes in the vehicle cooling system, the energy balance equation of the engine is established based on the First Law of thermodynamics, and then the difthrential equation and the mathematical model is built to show the water temperature transient changes. The model was checked with the test data, it is clear that the mathematical model can accurately describe the actual process of water temperature change, accurately evaluate the balance water temperature of vehiele with the data of transient process to improve the accuracy of the vehicle water temperature control, and reduce the fluctuation of water temperature, it will provide the theoretical foundation for the development of the water temperature control logic.
