疾控机构科研能力影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析筛选影响疾控机构科研能力的主要因素,为科研管理部门进一步采取措施提供理论依据。方法以乌鲁木齐市疾病预防控制中心为研究对象,采用德尔斐法和加权综合法确定科研综合绩效,采用多因素Logistic回归分析科研综合绩效的影响因素。结果人员年龄(P<0.05)、职称级别(P<0.05)、国内外学术交流会议情况(P<0.05)是影响科研绩效的主要因素。结论为进一步提高乌鲁木齐市疾病预防控制中心科研能力水平,在不断完善科研管理制度的基础上应进一步加大国内外学术交流与合作的力度。Objective To analyze the main factors of the CDC research performance,providing a theoretical basis for research management to take further policy measures. Methods Urumqi City center for disease control and prevention for the study,using the delphi method and the weighted synthesis method to determine the research performance,multi- factor logistic regression analysis factors for research performance. Results Age（ P〈0. 05）,title level（ P〈0. 05）,academic exchange meetings（ P〈0. 05） are the main factors affecting the performance of research. Conclusion In order to further improve the level of Urumqi City CDC research capability,constantly improve the scientific management system should be further strengthened on the basis of the intensity of academic exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad.
