摘 要:目的研究运输应激对比格犬血常规和血液临床生化指标造成的影响,评估5 d适应性饲养时间的合理性。方法以6只比格犬作为实验对象,采用自身配对实验设计,分别在运输前、卸车后和适应性喂养1 d、2 d、3 d、4 d、5 d后同期采集比格犬后肢静脉血进行血常规、生化指标检测,并对数据进行分析。结果 1运输后0 h比格犬的WBC、LYM#、MON#高于运输前(t=-2.880、-3.599、-3.468,P<0.05),MON%高于运输前(t=-5.674,P<0.01),适应性饲养1 d后GRA#高于运输前(t=-3.118,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。2运输后0 h比格犬的TP、ALB、CREA、GLOB低于运输前(t=6.823、5.371、7.214、5.123,P<0.01),AMY、GLU、UA、CHOL低于运输前(t=2.810、-4.074、3.233、3.656,P<0.05),适应性饲养2 d后ALT低于运输前(t=4.382,P<0.01),适应性饲养1 d、2 d、3 d后AST低于运输前(t=7.022、20.604、5.643,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论运输应激明显影响了比格犬的血液指标,适应性饲养可以促进其恢复。Objective In order to investigate the possible effect of stress on dog blood parameters,and then evaluate the rationality of adaptive feeding for five days. Methods 6 beagle dogs were stimulated by transportation,using its own matching design of experiment,their blood routine indexes and clinical biochemical parameters were examined respectively before the transport,unloading and adaptability to feed after 1 d,2 d,3 d,4 d,5 d. Results 1Compared with those before stressing,WBC,LYM#,MON# were higher( t =- 2. 880,- 3. 599,- 3. 468,P〈0. 05) and MON% was higher( t =- 5. 674,P〈0. 01)after stressing for 0 h,GRA# was higher( t =- 3. 118,P〈0. 05) after 1 d of adaptive breeding,with statistical significance.2Compared with those before stressing,TP,ALB,CREA,GLOB were lower( t = 6. 823,5. 371,7. 214,5. 123,P〈0. 01),AMY,GLU,UA,CHOL were lower( t = 2. 810,- 4. 074,3. 233,3. 656,P〈0. 05) after stressing for 0 h,ALT were lower( t = 4. 382,P〈0. 01) after 1d of adaptive breeding,AST were lower( t = 7. 022,20. 604,5. 643,P〈0. 01) after1 d,2 d,3 d of adaptive breeding,with statistical significance. Conclusion Transportation stress significantly affected the blood index of the beagle,adaptive breeding can enhance the recovery of beagle dogs.
